Applying Your Decal Step 1: Clean the surface where you would to install your decal, by using a glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol on the surface. Make sure surface is good and dry before continuing. Also make sure the surface temp is between 50-85 degrees. Step 2: Carefully remove the bottom layer of wax paper from the decal, leaving the decal on the transfer paper. Make sure the whole decal came off the wax paper and is all on the transfer paper. Be very careful not the let the sticker touch itself or anything else. Step 3: Position the decal over the area where you would like the decal installed, without touching the decal to the surface. Once you have the decal in position carefully lay the decal down against the surface evenly. For large decals, you may need to use masking tape to help hold the ends of the decal down against the surface. Step 4: Once the decal is in place in the correct area, use a squeegee/ or a credit card to smooth out the surface. After the decal and transfer paper are smoothed out, carefully peal back the transfer paper, leaving the decal on the surface. Make sure the whole decal remains on the surface and not on the transfer paper. Tips: Be careful not to rub the decal hard over the course of about 3-4 days after installing, this also includes car washes. Have a bubble in your sticker? Not to worry, most bubbles will dissipate soon after applying it, within 2-3 weeks of sunlight. If you have a larger bubble, use a fine needle to pop the bubble and then smooth the area out so the bubble can escape.
